The crawfish (Decapoda) of Ohio consist of two families (Cambaridae) and (Palaemonidae). The latter has but one species, Palaemon kadiakensis, while the former has three genera (Cambarus, Fallicambarus, Fraxonius [formerly Orconectes], and Procambarus) containing 21 species.
